Getting to know the “Team Management System” (TMS): In addition to this large inclination profile, an excellent way to understand yourself and the way you “work” as well as your team members and/or people you deal with. THREE small 1:1 mini-workshops for introduction and advice (approx. 2 hours each).

The Team Management Profile (TMS) is a powerful model with numerous benefits: As a basis for accepting yourself better and to better understand others and their “language”. It is also excellent for personal development and as a team and project team development tool.

With this package, the TMS and three mini-workshops, you have (almost) everything you need at your fingertips. Recognize your own leadership bottlenecks, understand others better, staff teams more effectively and structure projects wisely. In addition to the workshops, you will receive a complete TMS inclination profile with YOUR very personal profile and all the relevant information – as a PDF and also as a paper version on request.

Communication, sales and self-management.
